Organizational Behavior Terminology and Concepts Paper The following essay will be described the organizational behavior terminology and concepts applied in the organization. The following topics will be presented: Organization culture as internal and external environment of control. Diversity as of individual differences based on gender, race and ethnicity, age, disabilities, and sexual orientation. As the last subject communication as the human skill that helps the organization to work well with other people, and resolves conflict. Diversity With the internal environments of each organization, the workforce diversity refers to the presence of individual differences based on gender, ethnicity, race, disabilities, and sexual orientation. As the term multiculturalism means pluralism, and promotes the diversity of each individual difference Robbins, S. Judge, T. (2009). The demographic trends in my workforce (Real Estate) has a great diversity because women are working equals to the men, the increment of the Hispanics, African-Americans, and Asians have increased. The most important part to guarantee that the diversity will be fully valued and respected in the sense of multiculturalism is if embraces inclusivity. This term refers to the degree to which the culture respects and values diversity and is open to anyone who can perform a job, regardless of their diversity attributes Robbins, S. Judge, T. (2009). Communication The term communication refers to the ability to work well with talk with other people. The communication as a human skill has the ability to work with other people and provide leadership. These efforts of spirit trust, enthusiasm, and involvement in interpersonal relationships.
